Finished Ugly Delicious? Start David Chang’s New Podcast
Every foodie knows who David Chang is. The man behind the acclaimed Momofuku restaurants, and television shows the Mind of a Chef and Ugly Delicious, has decided to expand his empire into podcasting.
The Dave Chang Show, if the first episode is any indication, will not only give us some insight into Chang’s restaurants and career, but into his personal life as well.
In the first few episodes of the series, Chang will also be joined by Bill Simmons, sports columnist and a successful podcaster in his own right with the Ringer. The men are friends, and Chang seems to have no problem sharing some intimate details of his personal experience when asked by Simmons. What you’re left with is the opposite of the incredibly produced Ugly Delicious; it’s a raw conversation with an icon of food.
