The creators of Monster: Zodiac Killer are back with a new monster in their sights: the DC sniper.It was October 2nd, 2002. Residents of Montgomery County, Maryland were going about their days, mowing lawns, putting in gas, shopping for groceries. Then people started dying.

The random killings created widespread fear but police had very little to go on. By the end of the saga, 17 people were dead before police were able to track down those responsible.Monster: DC Sniper is the story of that investigation, and of the terror that gripped an entire state.
