Jeffrey McDonald was a military doctor convicted of brutally murdering his wife and two daughters. McDonald denied the crimes though, so he hired well-known journalist Joe McGinniss to investigate and prove his innocence. The result of that investigation was a best-selling book called Fatal Vision — a book that had consequences neither man expected.The controversy around Fatal Vision is the subject of a new podcast from the makers of Crimetown and The Jinx. It’s paired with a five-part FX docuseries, so you can watch and listen to this bizarre, intriguing story.
