The folks at QCode are at it again with their incredibly immersive audio and thrilling stories. This time around, we get to punch our audiophilic tickets to a Los Angeles of the future in Electric Easy.
When a virus makes the jump from "Electrics" (the humanoid robots of our not-so-distant future) to humans, we get the right kind of backdrop for the forbidden love between a runaway Electric and the human sent to hunt her down. Add Kesha and Chloe Bailey's original songs to the mix, and stir for maximum auditory fun.
Notable names like Kesha, Chloe Bailey, Mason Gooding, and Vanya Asher should be enough to get you hooked, but the real star is the story which spans 10 episodes with the first dropping today.
The diverse cast of characters each gets their own stage – each episode focuses on the different characters' perspectives in a strange but familiar world filled with issues surrounding race, sexuality, gender identity, artificial intelligence, and underground culture.
This is as fresh as it gets.
