#205 August 9th, 2021 [Good Grief]
Open This Up To Hear Others Open Up
There's no denying that we've had a rough go at this last year or so. Every single person on this planet couldn't escape the effects of a global pandemic and many of us have experienced new levels of grief because of it. There are a number of ways people process and cope with grief and the various stages grief can bring.
For some, it may be healthy to acknowledge that we all experience grief and that it is completely universal. As we think of grief through this lens, it may become easier to talk about what affects us. Suddenly, you might find yourself opening up about the challenges of how life unfolds around us.
Thoughtfulness and empathy just might be our renewed social currencies in an imbalanced and unpredictable world.
Good Grief is an outlet for understanding that we all inevitably experience grief and that we are also all allowed to grieve as we see fit.
When you're ready and comfortable to set time aside for this podcast, you'll get a six-part, sixty-minute binge of real stories from people who share their experiences with grief.
There is something visceral to experience with every episode – you can hear it. You can’t help but feel people's journeys through grief. Good Grief just might make it easier for you to grieve when you're ready to.
Have a listen and let us know what you think,
