There's no way around this: The Always Sunny Podcast is probably another opportunity for real-life narcissists to talk about how the characters they play on TV aren't actually thinly-veiled representations of who they really are; give or take a few things.

It takes a few minutes to orient yourself while listening – Are we hearing from the characters or the actors? Are these stories real or made up? Either way, it's normal to ask "What is happening!?"

On thing is for sure though: this is probably the best “three friends hanging out and talking about anything” podcast out there.

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia debuted in 2005 and for the better part of two decades Charlie Day (Charlie), Glenn Howerton (Dennis), and Rob McElhenney (Mac) find new ways to reset the absurdity bar. They're just really good at being bad people doing bad things and satirizing bad people doing bad things.

With the podcast, we actually get to learn a little bit more about how each of them met, how some of their favorite episodes came together, and what's in store for the gang as they head into season 15.

Sure, this is a podcast for the fans of Sunny, but it's also the thing that can get non-fans hooked and on their way to belting out "The Nightman Cometh" at the top of their lungs for no real reason.
