Have you ever felt overshadowed by what’s happening around you? Do you often wonder if history storytellers will remember the right details about moments in time?

Eclipsed captures this exact feeling as it takes us back to retell different aspects of well-known history.

Come to think of it, this podcast is a good reminder to slow down and observe what’s happening around you with a little more attention to detail. Sure, the grandiose ongoings of our modern day might be exciting but there’s always going to be more below the surface.

Eclipsed shifts the lenses of history so that you can learn about incredible stories that were eclipsed by larger-than-life moments like the Lunar Landing or The Vietnam War.

It's those seemingly separate international conflicts that serve as a backdrop for the first string of episodes on Eclipsed. When Cathy Wayne, a teenaged Australian pop star, is shot and killed while performing for the troops in a deadly war, you would think the world would take notice. It just so happens everyone was looking up at the sky and couldn't be convinced to pay attention to anything other than humans landing on the moon.

It begs the question – what are we all forgetting to pay attention to these days?
